Rick is a financial services veteran, that has extensive background in sales, marketing, distribution and operations. He has a strong disability background in both individual and group insurance markets. After graduating from University of Colorado in 1990, he worked for Allstate Insurance Company in risk management, marketing and sales. Rick transitioned into financial services with MetLife in the mid-90's. He was a top performer in the sales of individual disability, guarantee issue disability and 401 (k) business. He then moved to First Data Corporation in the late 90's to open an insurance company inside of Western Union Money Transfer, as Assistant Vice President of Western Union Communications.
His organization consisted of numerous sales and operations personnel and utilized database marketing efforts to solicit individual disability and life insurance products throughout the United States . Rick's oversight included the opening and maintaining of financial service centers in major population centers around the country, and managing the entire business and marketing operation.
Rick joined MassMutual Financial Group in 2002 to run Western U.S. Disability Sales, as a Regional Sales Consultant. Through his four and half years with MassMutual, his region led the country in growth. He qualified for the only two DI sales associates conferences for outstanding growth and business performance.
Rick is dedicated to customer service and promoting the importance of disability income insurance. He is an active member of NAIFA Colorado. Rick lives in a suburb of Denver , Colorado with his wife Linda, twins, Ryan and Reagan and daughter Melissa. |
